Job Profile for Vice President, Financial Management

Experience

- Develop best practices in financial accounting process and control procedures.

- Financial reporting and control to be continuously review and develop with the aim of maximising both impact and efficiency.

- Maintain a focused system of internal controls, which will provide an effective and efficient control over hotel assets, liabilities, revenue and costs.

- Optimise the use of IT within the Finance Department to improve efficiency and information.

- Optimise returns on capital investment

- Operate against meaningful strategic plans and budgets with accurate forecasting.

- Support the operation to optimise efficiency of the cost base.

- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.

- Produce focused, innovative and balanced reporting that stimulates management action.

Core Competencies

- Previous hotel experience or five years in a comparable position in another industry.

- Sound business acumen.
