Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality for International F&A process

Location-Gurgaon

Role:

- Analyse end to end F&A process for clients and identification and mapping of quality controls

- Partner with Transition and Operation teams in smooth transitioning of process from quality perspective

- Build and lead team of quality auditors and help them develop expertise in respective domain areas

- Ensure Adequate quality controls are implemented and robust measurement and reporting system is in place

- Ensure compliance to Company's Transaction Monitoring process and continually improve the same

- Conduct periodic data analysis on key controls, SLA’s and operational metrics and inform areas of improvement to the process head

Skills & Qualification:

- Qualified Accountant with overall 5-8 years of experience .

- Atleast 3-4 years of hands on experience on working on all aspects of a F&A process covering P2P, R2R and O2C.

- Should have worked on Quality of F&A process for minimum 2 years

- Should have worked on Process Improvement of F&A process with measureable result. GB/BB certification / trained is desired.

- Should have lead a team of accounting / quality professionals for minimum 2 years.

- Should have exposure of client interaction in F&A domain.
