Business Delivery

- Account Acquisition (Funding House – Home , Auto, Personal Finance)

- Develop Product & Process for the channel end to end along with respective cross functions

- Establish both relationship & sales verticals

- Achieve the assigned target in terms of Top line & Bottom Line

Business Development

- Effective micro implementation of overall business strategies to suit the local channel dynamics

- Effective implementation of Technology usage to improve process efficiencies

- Drive all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective

- Maintain appropriate sales structures and resources as per channel partner agreement

- Ensure adherence by the teams to the sales management process.

- Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development.

- Study competitor activities formulate strategies to achieve market share.

Channel Partner Management

- Interact regularly with the channels partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.

- Communicating and agreeing appropriate expectations with the channel partners at the local level.

- Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.

- Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner.

People Management

- Appropriate team management with low attrition. Develop down line to enable them for higher roles

- Identify individuals with potential high performance levels to support career progression and Facilitate team building

- Identify quality manpower and do timely recruitment

- Maintain and develop skills and knowledge through appropriate training

Risk Management

- Adhere to statutory and regulatory norms.

- Ensure strict internal compliance to all organizational procedures and systems.

- Ensure procedures in place to maintain compliant sales.

- Ensure acceptable Turn-Around -Times (TAT) for all grievance and customer related issues.

Personal Attributes - Passionate, Positive, Good Listener, Analytical, Strong communication. Strong leadership Skills, result orientation, execution capability, High knowledge of systems & technology interface is a must
