Job Code 001 Accounts and Taxation (Sr General Manager)
Role
- The position is responsible for Company's tax compliance, tax planning and accounting of income taxes.
- Professional will be ensuring that an appropriate financial policy framework is in place to guide the financial decision-making and development in relation to reserves, expense and granting ratios and income streams.
- Ensure financial and other reporting systems are maintained to the standards required by IFRS and IGAAP, external auditors and other regulatory bodies.
- Plan and manage tax liabilities under existing and proposed legislation.
- Evaluate the tax liability impact of contemplated courses of action, minimize the tax burden and deal with tax authorities.
Education
- CA,ICWA or MBA (Finance)
- Strong communications skills both oral & written and ability to practice both downward and upward communication.
Exp ranging from 24 - 27 years
