Job Description

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

- Part of GL Accounting and Reporting for Multiple Businesses under India R2R COE

- Delivery of services and Service Levels as per SOW

- Maintain updated Documentation and BCP for all services supported

- Single point of Contact for Escalation for supported Business

- Closing & Reporting and Controllership for supported business

- Ensure timely closure of period ends, reconciliations and open items

- Ensure Stat compliances and deposits

- Ensure a positive NPS from Businesses supported

- Management of Team and Career Development and Team Motivation

- Internal, CAS and Statutory Audits with KPMG for assigned entities

- Dashboard reviews and pre-close reviews

Talent Requirements:

Qualifications / Requirements

- Chartered Accountant

- Good working knowledge of Oracle Financials / SAP

- Expert working knowledge of Reporting

- Expert working knowledge of Controllership role for business

- Good Customer facing and communication skills

- Good Analytical and Presentation Skills

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- IGAAP must

Desired - Knowledge of US GAAP preferred

Salary Offer – 10 Lakhs Max
