EXECUTIVE HIRING looking for a Finance Controller for a MNC Consumer Major based at Mumbai.
Management of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Planning and Reporting
- Closure of Books of Accounts and External/ Internal Audit co-ordination
- Lead a team of accountants in Head Office and Regional Offices
- Reconciliations and accurate record keeping
- Constant review of systems and process in order to make them Simpler, Faster, better.
- Monthly reporting to group.
- Handling BIG 4 for audit
- Handling Statutory and tax
Taxation (Direct and Indirect)
- Furnishing of Returns and completion of all tax assessments including Advance tax payments.
- Liaison with One of the BIG 4 Firms and other tax consultants for any tax related support
- Close working with tax head
Management of Working Capital
- Working capital Management
- Annual Credit Rating certification work with treasury team
- Cash Flow Monitoring
Control and Governance
Build a control environment in line with CARM / SOX requirements both in corporate and regional offices.
Build relationship with Business Risk to raise quality of and reduce risks in corporate finance
Audits
Education - MBA - Finance / CA
Experience -
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Reporting requirements, understanding of standard costing system, exposure to financial packages like :SAP/Oracle i3 and exposure to Commercial laws.
