Position Title : Relationship Manager (SME & Agri Group)

About the Group : The SME Agri Group focusses on providing comprehensive Banking Solutions to Large and Medium Enterprises, Co-operatives and Institutions in Food Processing, Agri Inputs and Agri Related Businesses. The Group will be responsible for achieving Income and Asset Budgets through Assets, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, other Commercial Banking Opportunities and Investment Banking
This group also caters to Small and Medium Agri Business Enterprises (SMAEs) to meet their specific financial needs.
Key Deliverables :
- The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SME’s to originate business.
- Relationship Management - effective client relationship management to originate business & service client needs on commercial banking, investment banking and international banking products. Specifically, you will determine clients' needs and devise financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements.
- Target Orientation - Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients. Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance will be your goal.
- Product structuring - Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
- Team Management- i.e. driving and directing the team of Associate relationship managers and product managers to drive business profitability and growth.
Qualifications: CA / MBA(finance) with 1-9 years of Post MBA/ CA (*) relevant experience. (*) Grade / role would depend on relevant experience.
Only Candidates having relevant experience in BFSI Sector w.r.t Credit Analyis, Client Handling, Corporate Relationship Management will be considered.
Skills & Abilities :
- Good credit knowledge for deal structuring and knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage
- Interpersonal skills and ability to influence - Using Data and Logic to convince others, articulation with conviction, Understanding the impact of one-s behavior on others.
- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Analytical thinking - Evaluating pros and cons, Identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments.
- Team Effectiveness – Sharing knowledge/information relevant to other team members, expecting positive expectations from others
- Process oriented – Ability to make changes in system/processes/work methods to improve performance
