Location : Dubai

This position will directly report to Group CFO

Require Chartered Accountant with min 12 years of experience ( at least 3 years of heading Finance Function of reasonable size manufacturing Unit).

- Experience of handling multiple units

Job Description

- Analyzing Financial Statements and prepare exceptional report

- Co-ordinate with Operation head to ensure the operation requirements are met effectively

- Lenders relationship management

- Ensure Compliance with the Lenders requirements

- Ensure implementation of ERP

- Providing support to Operation Manager in cost control

- Operational and External Risk Management

- Ensuring timely refund of excess charges by the Banks

- Effective management of working capital requirements

- Ensuring KRA"s for the finance function are effectively met

- Provide support to Auditors and ensure compliance with Internal Audit Report

- Formalizing control matrix and periodical review of control matrix

- Develop Accounting Manual

- Co-ordinate with Group CFO on Manpower requirement

- Training and Development of Finance Manpower

- Periodic Performance evaluation of Finance Manpower
