- Contributes to the creation of high performance culture through effective leadership and communication within the asia Pacific Financial Shared Services Group APFSS as well as Business Finance Units within the markets.

- Provides operational support to the Business Finance Director.

- Establishes and monitors metrics that drive performance withing the appropriate teams.
