Job Responsibilities
Products & Key Result Areas
- Manage customer base by regularly doing Risk Profiling, Asset Allocation Review, review portfolios & grow wealth.
- Acquire new customers to build AUMs & Revenues
- Cross-sell Equity & Commodity broking in partnership with Portfolio Advisors of Equity Desk
- Regularly classify the customer base into ABC buckets basis the revenue generated and potential
- Ensure client portfolios are regularly maintained to guide clients on their positions
- Ensure customer calling (outbound) is actively done to share ideas, research views & house views to build AUMs
- Ensure all CAT A customers are met once a fortnight and CAT B once a month and CAT C once a quarter
- Participate in the research/analyst meetings to gain fundamental knowledge and data points
- Ensure the customer base is widened to have lesser dependencies on few customers

- Equity Broking (Cash and F&O)
- Commodity Broking
- PMS
- Mutual Funds (All AMC products)
- Insurance (All Insurance Co. products)
- Private Equity
- Real Estate Funds & Advisory
- Company FDs
- ICDs/Commercial Papers
- Structured Products
Key Results Areas
- Build diversified client base (Equities, PMS, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Structured Products, Private Equity, Real Estate Advisory & Funds)
- Build Client AUMs
Revenue Parameters
- Min – 2 x CTC
- Incentive starts once the revenue crosses 2 x CTC
