Role: To undergo one year training with the corporate finance teams engaged in the following core areas. It is expected from the incumbent to share responsibilities during the stipulated tenure in each core area in Finance. Based on the demonstrated performance and forte found during training period, the final role will be decided.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities across core area in finance

- Assist in Internal Audit, preparing audit reports inconsultation with Auditor

- Studying internal control systems, manage risks and suggest process improvement

- Assist in Accounting - finalization and consolidation ofaccounts

- Assist in Consolidation of balance sheet of Group brands/companies

- Ensuring and review of relevant statutory compliance andeducating the location teams across PAN India

- Financial planning - Analysis of financial statements, fund management, planning and analysis, and making robust assessment of business investment and decisions. Giving suggestions to Financial Planning team about business models Review financial policies and procedures, and assist ine nsuring the company wide awareness and implementation.

- Cost control - Enabling cost reduction

- Costing and cost analysis - Cost control measures and providing better alternate solutions

Desired Candidate profile :

- CA fresher with completed 3 years of article ship from reputed chartered accountancy firms

- People having 1-2 years of experience in top 10 reputed consulting firms may also apply

- Good domain knowledge and strong fundamentals about statutory compliance and industry practices

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent Team player

- Good presentation skills

- Problem solving ability

- Good at excel
