We have a job opening as "General Manager Finance" with one of the diversified business group Co.Which is in Construction, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare & Power Sector.

Having opening for their Hospitality sector (5 Star Hotel at Chennai.)

Designation: General Manager - Finance

Job Location:- Chennai

Education Qualification: - CA + MBA Finance

Experience: 10 - 15 years (considerable experience of Hotel Industry)

CTC: - 15 – 18 Lacs

Work Profile:

- Monitoring closely on funds management and on cash flows.

- Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss A/c with all the ratios and variances. In addition, preparation of monthly Balance Sheet with schedules as per Companies Act.

- Preparing and finalizing the unit level Balance Sheet.

- Preparation of Budgets for coming financial years, closely monitoring on top line and bottom line.

- Monitoring day-to-day activities in department.

- Filling monthly / quarterly / half yearly returns of taxes viz; MVAT, Luxury Tax, Service Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, PT etc.

- Closely monitoring the Food Cost in co-ordination of Cost Controller and Chef and guiding them for cost fluctuations and food falls.

- Preparation of monthly salaries.

- Daily reviewing on revenues and monitoring the revenues are properly uploaded in the system and finding out any interface error.

- Daily monitoring on Debtors ageing report and taking appropriate measures to collect the funds if they are going beyond the approved credit period. Also monitoring on Creditors ageing repots.

- Preparation of Credit approval list with co-ordination with Sales Department.

- Forex Management

- Co-ordination with internal and external auditors for timely closure of accounts.

- Capital Budgeting & Budgetary Control

- Be a liaison link of CMD and CFO of Kohinoor Group with the management of the hotel.

- Develop/evolve strategic plans and be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.
