Team Overview: Billing team takes care of the invoicing for the Powai resources to the regions that they are supporting. The team also takes care of the accounting for revenue and realization. They take care of the regulatory reporting and audits with regards to revenue area. Team is also responsible for the MIS and reporting for monthly invoices.
Position specifications
Experience - 7-10 yrs
Qualification - CA preferred/MBA
Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
- Incharge for the Powai Invoicing and Reporting charge back
- Meeting the billing metrics and delivery timelines
- Managing account receivables and ensure funds are collected on time
- Liaise with Regions, maintaining excellent relationship and network
- Manage PPM Headcount accuracy and control
- Liaison with Local and Global CAO’s
- Provide monthly Invoice MIS and Reporting
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Income Tax, STPI, SEZ
- Strong analytical skills
- Good in MS Office
- Experience in Billing Model
