Job Description & KRAs –

- Establish and Monitor Self Assessment Process for all Central Units and Businesses- Establish the Audit Plan including frequency and scope

- Establish the Audit Checklists for all Units

- Conduct Audits every 4 months (as per audit committee requirements) for central units and branches

- Conduct Concurrent Audit for Treasury

- Conduct mock RBI audit every 6 months based on RBI requirements

- Establish and manage the entire compliance framework

- Establish the Compliance Checklist including all RBI guidelines & circulars

- Manage RBI interface, queries and regular reporting

- Ensure Risk assessment on various compliance issues and provide suitable solutions to control -

- Manage Corporate Legal interface with the ‘Law Firm’.

- Pan India role
