- Delivering on Investments & Insurance business targets for the location
- Ability to make portfolios for mass affluent client base i.e Rs 50,000 -1.5 lakh net salary credit/month segment
- Sound knowledge of Insurance & Investments products
- Communication skills and personality to engage with clients
- Experience in the Indian markets
- Aggressive and business oriented, ability to work with the Banker team as well as Channel partners to deliver on a business plan
- Team orientation, ability to work alongwith the Banker to deepen and widen client relationships
