About our Client - Our client is a leading Indian MNC in pharma space and are a global leader in their line of specialty. With a fast growing business and leadership across business lines, they are investing heavily to expand scale of operations. To contribute to this growth story, they are looking to hire a GM - Finance to work out of their Talegaon office near Mumbai/ Pune.
Job Description - Reporting to the Group CFO and VP - Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for Accounting & Reporting in accordance with accounting Standards and local laws
- Overall responsibility for cost management systems for monitoring various overheads and ensuring effective cost controls in the operations
- Facilitate preparation of annual budgets
- Overall responsibility for cost management systems for monitoring various overheads and ensuring effective cost controls in the operations
- Banking operations including bank guarantees and Loans/ ECB for new projects
- Forex management/ working capital management/ evaluation of CAPEX
- Preparation of quarterly advance tax reports
The Successful Candidate -
- You are a CA with 12-18 years experience post qualification with strong exposure to pharma and other manufacturing set ups.
- You have strong technical skills to address the job requirement and have great leadership qualities.
