The Investment Banking Group (IBG) at Intellecap is a pioneer in providing investment banking services dedicated to profitable, sustainable development. We facilitate investments into businesses that are geared towards creating attractive return to the investors while impacting development at a large scale. Intellecap has intermediated over USD 200 million of equity capital into such businesses this far, and is expanding its team. The investment banking team is focussed on providing private equity capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advisory to companies in Education, Healthcare, Agro & Food, Clean Tech and Financial Inclusion sectors.

We are seeking a candidate who has:

- BBA, B.A Economics, B Com, B.E., B Tech. from a Tier 1 institute

- Age < 25 years

- The ability to relocate to Hyderabad, India

The candidate is expected to:

- Act as the primary day-to-day leader for analytical support, including financial statement analysis

- Be involved in valuation analysis; industry research; and the preparation of various presentations and documents including descriptive memoranda, management presentations, new business and others

- Support the deal making team by preparing pitchbooks, sector reports, investment fund and company profiling, internal database creation

- Optimally utilise the team’s resources and experience to meet deadlines and targets;

The candidate should have the following hard and soft skills:

- Sound Fundamentals - Accounts, Financial Modelling, Reading and interpreting Balance Sheets;

- Market Intelligence;

- Analytical and logical thought-flow;

- High level of ownership and commitment;

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent writing and presentation skills

- Strong quantitative skills
