Job Location: Gurgaon (Candidates open for relocation may apply)

Qualification: Any Post Graduate from Premier Institute only

Responsibilities:

- Line Management of approximately 4 to 6 members and all associated people management tasks (appraisals, target setting, staff development etc).

- Principle point of escalation for the team

- The manager is expected to own issues through to resolution and support staff in delivery.

- Management face off to the Operations global management team.

- Drive forward an improvement and efficiency agenda and own all associated projects related to the team’s processes and development.

- MIS presentation of performance and statistics where required.

- Hiring and training reviewers (be a SME) as this function grows and develops.

Experience: 6 yrs of post qualification experience

1) Should have strong experience on Quant / Quantitative Modelling

2) Preferably FRM Certified

3) Should have exposure to Risk and Derivatives

4) Should be strong on people management (Will have a team of associates passed out of premier institutes).
