Job Purpose - Managing and conducting functional training for GPC Team

Qualification - MBA Finance / CA

Location - BKC, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

- Design functional training modules and launch across teams

- Content Development

- Training Delivery

- Build up the delivery channel for training including the third party trainers

- Liaison with teams, team leads, the trainers and participants

- Perform Training Need Analysis for entire team

- Certification Management

- Developing Elearning Modules

- Management of Training Logistics

- Maintenance of Training MIS

Desired

- Sound knowledge of Banking

- Strong knowledge on financial and capital markets

- Experience in full-fledge finance training for minimum 2 years

- Experience in handling projects, strong project management skills

- Strong Presentation Skills

- Essential Skills and Aptitude

- Strong Communication Skills

- High degree of Confidence Level

- High Learnability

- High-level skills in receiving and giving feedback

* Qualification : CA / MBA from Tier1 Campus

* 1-7 years of relevant & post MBA experience.
