Our client, a MNC consulting firm is seeking Sr. Associate for its Transfer Pricing practice

Position: Sr.Associate – Transfer Pricing

Client: MNC Consulting firm

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: CA from 2008/2009 batch

Role: Following are the key responsibilities and activities to be carried out

- Will be working directly with a partner or director on compliance driven transfer pricing engagements

- Taking responsibility of first review of a transfer pricing report.

- Interaction with clients on complex transfer pricing issues in partnership with director or a partner or a manager.

Requirements: Following are the skills, knowledge and experience required

- CA with 2-3 yrs post qualification experience in Transfer pricing in an accounting firm.

- Technical skills in interpreting and analyzing financial statements and good reasoning skills;

- Knowledge of databases

- Knowledge of processes followed , client processes and transfer pricing rules

- High Knowledge of accounting standards: Indian GAAP and International GAAP.

- A team player with good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ,and

- Self-initiated and result-oriented.
