PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead & drive customer transitions projects
- Develop multi level relationships with client & team members to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project cost, schedule and quality objectives
- Effectively identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting the project delivery
- Ensure the transition methodology is well understood and adhered to
- Lead / participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential projects
- Help in new bids solutioning / RFP responses
- Proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenues / improve processes for customers
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Strong communication & presentation skills ( verbal / written )
- Strong leadership skills to lead and manage globally, culturally diverse teams across geographies
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead & get work done from multifunctional teams
- High on drive and initiative.
- Self confidence with assertive work style
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Good business acumen with ability to synthesize creative solutions and consulting capability
- Able to use Project / Process Management tools like MS Project, MS Visio
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :
Graduation:
- Graduation in Engineering or Commerce or Science streams with good academic record
- MBA desirable
Experience:
- At least 8+ years of overall experience, with 3-5 years of experience in Transition in BPO industry
- 2 years experience in F&A essential (experience of one complete transition cycle in HRO/F&A)
- 2+ years in transitions
