Candidate profile required:
- Looking for finance professionals (CA/MBA-Finance) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing best in class customer service and delivery models in a global shared services environ.
- He/she must have led teams (600+) and worked in finance with good knowledge of Cost v/s Quality equation on commercial management.
- Should have had been responsible for customer management at Senior Levels with experience on change management and stakeholder management.
- He/she must have had the experience of leading a large management team and building a quality operations team, driving standardization and automation and understanding process redesign leading to hub and spoke concept.
