Must have extensive commercial exposure, management responsibility as well as business partnering opportunities.
Candidate should be ICWA/CA with minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant profile, a caliber finance professional with proven leadership experience and a strong commercial acumen.
Brief Profile of the Job:
Reporting: CFO
- Supporting the management team to maximise bottom line performance.
- Work closely with business heads & Account leads to ensure accurate costing and pricing of proposals.
- Lead/Support in Distributor/C&F fees and contract negotiations
- Dealing with sales teams on all commercial finance matters, including client reviews.
- Managing and ensuring sales contract compliance
- Commercial and analytical input and review of proposals, agreements and contracts
- Liaison with regional management and distributors on financial management issues
- Working with business leaders and other finance function in managing distributor profitability.
- Effective control on Collections & Payables
- Identifying business risks and opportunities.
- Revenue and profit projections including new business pipeline.
- P&L and cash flow budgets and forecasts, including maintenance of appropriate budget structure.
- Identify, communicate and monitor significant positive and negative potential swing factors.
- Timely, relevant and accurate financial, resourcing and other key performance measures, including staff and contractor projections and utilization.
- Advice on financial implications of contract issues.
- Contract management process.
