- Should have lead a team of 8 to 10 staff performing F&A work for the third party or internal customer

- Must have sound knowledge of closing and reporting processes

- Should have basic knowledge of IFRS

- Should have exposure to the quality tools like six sigma, lean, etc

- Should have worked for a multinational company in a multicultural environment

- SAP knowledge would be an added advantage

- Must have good communication skill

- Responsible for overseeing accounting activities and the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and report preparation

- Sign-off of Account reconciliation with the reconciliations team

- Monthly, quarterly and annual closings

- Balance sheet accounts

- Support the budgeting & forecasting process

- Production of a of monthly management packs

- Prepare corporation tax packs and respond to queries

- Review/prepare standard journals and related activities including recharge journals

- Act as relationship manager, discuss SLA performance and address customer issues and escalations.
