Educational Qualifications

- Mandatory - Professional Finance Qualification - CA / Cost / MBA (Finance)

- Desirable - SAP Certification

Work Experience Details

- Total years - 8 to 10 years

- Type of Experience - Candidate should possess significant and diverse experience of leading large teams in the operations area of Finance & Accounting processes, especially P2P - Accounts Payable

Key Roles & Responsibilities -

- Actively participate in the development, articulation and implementation of the business / Operations strategy

- Monitor and drive plans to achieve successful completion on time, budget and quality
Possess and demonstrate P2P expertise in Global environment with Genpact Operations Leaders and Client Oraganization

- Provide leadership to the process managers and management oversight for issue resolution

- Create an environment that encourages staff retention; high levels of staff engagement and ensures employee satisfaction shows a year on year improvement

- Embed a culture of regular reviews and performance management aligned to Genpact standards

- Contribute in promoting Genpact as employer of first choice
Serve as single point of management contact to the Genpact Leadership

- Manage process adherence and deliver to the contractually agreed Service Levels

- Drive process rigour, efficiency and consistency , Improvisation Projects

- Deliver excellent Management Information

- Embed agreed Business Continuity management Plans (Centre / Function /Process levels)

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement

- Ensure compliance to all specified controls; conduct checks and attestation processes

- Ability to manage and lead the operations of teams which work in different time zones;

- Effective Interaction with Customers across the Globe;

- Striving for High levels of customer satisfaction."

- Sound hands on process knowledge with prefered exposure to SAP based platforms.

- Articulation, presentation skills and executive maturity.

- Empathy and problem resolution skills

- Ability to work under intense pressure.

- Willingness to adapt to a global culture and demostrate enough sensitivity to issues on people, process and cultural fitment.

Skills required -

- AP/GA experience is mandatory

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within Genpact and Senior leaders in the customer businesses served

- Proactively engage/agree plans and outputs with senior leadership in the customer sending business units (covering Transitions, Service Delivery, Performance Improvements, Issues Resolution and Escalations)

- Work with functional owners to ensure cohesion between individual department goals

- Oversee and manage senior stakeholder visits
