DGM - Corporate Treasury (15+ yrs)

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance), Graduation – Must be a B. Com.

Experience – Minimum 15 yrs experience in FOREX matters, working capital finance, long-term loans and accounting matters.

Role:

- Arranging of working capital limits from banks

- Negotiating for pricing for loans and bank charges

- Monitoring of letters of credit limits and arranging Buyer’s / Suppliers’s credit

- Management of foreign currency exposure

- Coordinating of accounting and audit of treasury transactions

- Overseeing of fixed deposits function & investments

- FOREX matters

- Import Export Trade finance

Candidate should have experience of working in a Mid size organization with Rs. 300– 500 Crore turnover. The ideal candidate will be with the desired exposure in a large organization.
