Location: Mumbai
- Planning and mobilization of resources from multiple sources to meet the requirements of the company’s lending program
- Keep track of movement of lending rates and negotiate with lenders on borrowings to minimize cost of funds.
- Track forex movements and the implications of the same on our borrowing plans.
- Provide all necessary inputs for the ALCO review on a periodic basis.
- Arranging lines of credit with bankers as per requirements.
- Co-ordinate with buyers / trustees on Bilateral sale / securitization of assets.
- Tracking the changes in the industry and propose changes if warranted.
- Ensure compliance with regard to submission of reports to lenders statutory authorities.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with banks, mutual funds and other investors.
- Engage with rating agencies and regulators in meeting their requirements on information of the Treasury function.
