Urgent opening Head Finance & Accounts / CFO for a Business consulting Firm based in Mumbai
Designation: Head Finance & Accounts / CFO
Education: CA
Year Of experience: 8+Yrs.

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Accounts & audit
1. Lead the finance and commercial team of 3 members
2. Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements by way of monthly closing
3. Responsible for analysing and presenting periodic financial statements, MIS reports and budgets to the higher management and helping them in taking right business decisions. Monitoring financial accounting and control systems for sales, purchases, payroll and opex.
4. Monitoring monthly / quarterly Service Tax returns, TDS returns etc.
5. Finalisation of accounts and co-ordination with statutory and tax auditors and Income tax consultants
2. Strategic Financial Planning & Budgetary Control
1. Heading finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
2. Designing strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realise corporate goals.
3. Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
3. Treasury management
1. Preparation / Management of Business Plan
2. Preparation and presentation of business plan to prospective investors along with Managing Director
3. Fund mobilization from banks and investors
4. Optimisation of Interest cost
5. Preparation of Project Reports and interacting with the Bankers
4. Commercial Operations
1. Be involved in negotiation with capex vendors and setting commercials with them
2. Cash flow management by way of planning for payments to vendors, rentals & utility payments, etc
3. Monitor and review Key Value Drivers and Overheads & to optimize cost
5. MIS & allied area
1. Analysis of monthly MIS on project level / company level profitability, and analysis of data for overall cost reduction
2. System development including Costing, MIS, etc.
