ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Will be responsbile for accounting, trial balance, analytical reviews and process control for Wipro Technolgies i.e IT Biz. Will extensively review l

SKILLS REQUIRED - TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES

(a) Should have good exposure in FI module in SAP ERP and hyperion and excel working

(b) should have handled accounting and trial balance scrunity in a large organisation

(c) should have good working knowledge in IGAAP and IFRS accounting (d) should understand accounting requirements of taxes viz. VAT, Service tax etc

[e] should have strong understanding of accounting process, procure to pay and employee cost accounting

(f) should have a good experince in analysing trends viz. cost and focussing in optimising them

(g) should have worked in process automation , improvements and SOX process.

SKILLS REQUIRED - COMPETENCIES

a) Should have experience in managing a team of 8-10 professionals;

b) Good communication skills and should have panache for process improvements and defect free accounting

c) Has capability to work autonomously with minimal need for guidance

d) Is capable of putting procedures in place to prevent recurrence of common problems

e) Provides clear rationale and supporting data to back recommended solutions edgers, balance sheet items, automation of provsions, correct cost captures through process correction and automation.
