Skills Requirement:

Key Accountabilities:

- Effective knowledge transfer, Process documentation and Accreditation based on client specifications

- Work closely with client and Team Manager in SLA definition and benchmarking

- Process: Adherence to agreed service level deliverables (based on the above job description) and internal deliverables

Requirement:

- Should have managed transactional processes (AP, AR, Collection, Treasury) as well as discretionary process (GL, month end closing, FPNA).

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for KT - Process documentation and sign off from client

- Monitor and ensure meeting of SLA targets / turnarounds.

- Managing the reporting both for Internal purposes & Dashboard reporting

- Ensuring team delivers quality and drive process excellence (Continuous improvements)

- Maintain process profitability

- Manage the Team and Attrition Targets

- Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes

- Managing the Team activities (training/one-o-one/skips/ internal targets, manage incentive scheme

- Manage Internal administrative tasks
